When will my order be processed?

Processing typically takes 1 – 3 working days (Monday - Friday) depending on when you place your order:

  • Weekday Orders (Monday – Friday): Orders placed before 12:00 GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following working day.

  • Weekend Orders (Saturday – Sunday): Any orders placed over the weekend (or after 12:00 GMT on Friday) will be processed starting on Monday morning.

 

Order Dispatch & Delivery Time:

  • Orders are dispatched within 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the destination country.

Placing an Order

The ordering process at vitasleeps.com is as simple as possible:

  1. Go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart. Click on the black "Add to Cart" button.

  2. Check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" box.

  3. On the information page, enter your address details. Ensure that all information is correct. Once filled in, click on the "Continue Shipping" button.

  4. On the "Dispatch" page, you can review the entered address details. Please note that all shipments are sent completely free of charge. As a token of our appreciation, we always pay the shipping and delivery costs. Proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to Payment" box.

  5. In the payment options, choose from the following methods (all SSL-encrypted for secure transactions):

    • Klarna (deferred payment)
    • Credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)
    • PayPal account
    • EPS
    • Immediately

  7. After selecting your payment method, click on the "Complete Order" box. You will be redirected to the chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on this page to complete your order.
